Hi all! There is a position Project Methodologist/Business Process Analyst. Office in Belgrade, official registration. The position is open to the company's internal department (NDA), which helps teams analyze and improve processes, as well as implement automation. The methodologist acts as an internal consultant and trouble shooter: he independently accepts and refines the request, dives deeply into the process, finds points of improvement, designs a solution and defends it to customers and teams. What to do: Describe and systematize processes; Analyze processes and find points for their optimization; Propose, design and defend solutions based on expertise, best practices and frameworks; Implement changes and deal with resistance from customers and teams; Write automation and assemble prototypes, including using AI agents; Look for points where AI can be introduced into processes; Assist teams in collecting reports; Organize cross-team projects; Independently accept, clarify and process requests from internal customers. What's important: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or System Analyst; Experience in process optimization and change implementation; Experience in the full cycle of implementing solutions: from collecting and clarifying requirements to launching and starting to use; Knowledge of project management systems and frameworks; Understanding Bpmn; Willingness to independently design solutions and defend them with arguments to customers; Willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies; Ability to work with criticism, corrective feedback and resistance to change. It will be a plus: Development experience, including using AI agents; Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex or similar tools; Experience with Docker, RAG and SQL; Experience with dashboard building systems: Tableau, NeoDash, SuperSet; Experience with N8N or other no-code/low-code orchestrators; Certification in Project Management; Education in mathematics, engineering, programming or physics; English language from Pre-Intermediate level. Методолог выступает внутренним консультантом и трабл-шутером: самостоятельно принимает и уточняет запрос, глубоко погружается в процесс, находит точки улучшения, проектирует решение и защищает его перед заказчиками и командами. Что предстоит делать: Описывать и систематизировать процессы; Анализировать процессы и находить точки для их оптимизации; Предлагать, проектировать и защищать решения с опорой на экспертизу, лучшие практики и фреймворки; Внедрять изменения и работать с сопротивлением со стороны заказчиков и команд; Писать автоматизации и собирать прототипы, в том числе с помощью AI-агентов; Искать точки внедрения AI в процессы; Помогать командам в сборе отчетности; Организовывать кросс-командные проекты; Самостоятельно принимать, уточнять и обрабатывать запросы внутренних заказчиков. Что важно: 3+ года опыта работы Project Manager, Business Analyst или System Analyst; Опыт оптимизации процессов и внедрения изменений; Опыт полного цикла внедрения решений: от сбора и уточнения требований до запуска и начала использования; Знание систем и фреймворков проектного управления; Понимание Bpmn; Готовность самостоятельно проектировать решения и аргументированно защищать их перед заказчиками; Готовность изучать новые методологии и технологии; Умение работать с критикой, корректирующей обратной связью и сопротивлением изменениям. Будет плюсом: Опыт разработки, в том числе с помощью AI-агентов; Знание JavaScript, Python, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex или аналогичных инструментов; Опыт работы с Docker, RAG и SQL; Опыт работы с системами построения дашбордов: Tableau, NeoDash, SuperSet; Опыт работы с N8N или другими no-code/low-code оркестраторами; Сертификация в области Project Management; Образование в области математики, инженерии, программирования или физики; Английский язык от уровня Pre-Intermediate.
