Customer Service Specialist 1100 ₾ Duties: • Perfect customer service • Issuance of incoming messages and systematic reflection • Provides customers with information about products and services • Identifies the client's needs and provides appropriate services • Ensures the sale of products and services • Compare and ensure correctness of documentation and program data of operations performed at the end of the day Requirements: • Higher education, preferably business administration • Experience in the field of service and/or sales is desirable • Knowledge of computer office programs at user level • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language, good knowledge of the English language and preferably a conversational level of the Russian language • Ability to manage time • Ability to learn new things • Good communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail • Customer and service orientation • Punctuality and high responsibility for work We offer: • Working schedule: full (Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30, Saturday: 10:00-14:00)

კლიენტთა მომსახურების სპეციალისტი 1100 ₾ მოვალეობები: • კლიენტების სრულყოფილი მომსახურება • ჩამოსული გზავნილის გაცემა და სისტემური ასახვა • კლიენტებს აწვდის ინფორმაციას პროდუქტებისა და მომსახურების შესახებ • აიდენტიფიცირებს კლიენტის საჭიროებას და უზრუნველყოფს შესაბამის მომსახურების • უზრუნველყოფს პროდუქტების და მომსახურების გაყიდვას • დღის ბოლოს წარმოებული ოპერაციების დოკუმენტაციისა და პროგრამულ მონაცემების შედარება და სისწორის უზრუნველყოფა მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება, სასურველია ბიზნეს ადმინისტრირება • სასურველია მომსახურების და/ან გაყიდვების სფეროში მუშაობის გამოცდილება • კომპიუტერული საოფისე პროგრამების მომხმარებლის დონეზე ცოდნა • ქართული ენის სრულყოფილი ცოდნა, ინგლისური ენის კარგი ცოდნა და სასურველია რუსული ენის სასაუბრო დონეზე ცოდნა • დროის მართვის უნარი • სიახლის ათვისების უნარი • კარგი კომუნიკაციის და გადმოცემის უნარი • ყურადღება დეტალების მიმართ • მომხმარებელსა და მომსახურებაზე ორიენტირებულობა • პუნქტუალურობა და საქმისადმი მაღალი პასუხისმგებლობა ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • სამუშაო გრაფიკი: სრული (ორშაბათიდან პარასკევის ჩათვლით 09:30-18:30, შაბათი: 10:00-14:00)
