Receptionist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Reception and accommodation of guests (check-in) • Check-out of guests from the hotel • Management of guest requests and issues • Manage guest accounts • Responsibility for communication between departments • Receiving and forwarding both internal and external calls • Electronic correspondence • Accepting room reservations • Observance of sanitary-hygienic norms • Monitoring of working inventory and equipment, in case of failure - reporting Requirements: • High sense of responsibility • Focus on details • Knowledge of the English language at a high level • Knowledge of the Russian language is desirable We offer: • 1 100 GEL (cash on hand) • Bonus • Health insurance • Nutrition • Uniform provision • 4 working days, 4 days off (rolling schedule) • Day and night 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights)
