Hotel reception worker 1000 ₾ Duties: • Professional reception, registration and departure of guests (Check-in/Check-out) • Management of bookings and recording of data in the relevant program • Manage phone calls and online inquiries • Providing information to guests about hotel services and rules • Implementation of settlement procedures • Quick and efficient response to guests' needs • Preparation of reports and transmission of shifts in accordance with established standards Requirements: • Knowledge of English and Russian languages — at the communication level • Strong communication and service skills • High sense of responsibility and organization • Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment • Basic knowledge of computer programs We offer: • 200 GEL bonus • Meals: provided
