All-round barista We are looking for a one-man band who is equally great at making coffee and communicating with people. What is important to us: work experience, high communication skills and sales skills. We need someone who knows how to keep the guests in the mood and easily finds an approach to them. Tasks: brew impeccable coffee, work at the cash register and in the hall, actively offer desserts/menus and create coziness. ✦ Chef Barista A team leader who is ready to be responsible for quality and set the bar for others. What is important to us: 1 year of work experience, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and understanding of all processes from the inside. Tasks: quality control, team training, working with menus and suppliers, maintaining service standards and working in the hall. Conditions: Salary: from 80 GEL/shift +% (the final rate is discussed at the interview based on the results of your skills).
