We are looking for an Operations Manager (Deputy Director) in Warsaw for a small company engaged in the sale and purchase of gold (B2B), as well as currency exchange. The key task is to become the operational support of the owner: independently manage administrative and current issues, organize the work of the team, control financial and operational processes and help build new processes for the company's entry into B2C/e-commerce. Шукаємо у Варшаві Операційного менеджера (заступника директора) для невеликої компанії, яка займається продажем та скупкою золота (В2В), а також обміном валюти. Ключова задача - стати операційною опорою власника: самостійно вести адміністративні і поточні питання, організовувати роботу команди, контролювати фінансово-операційні процеси і допомагати будувати нові процеси для виходу компанії в B2C/e-commerce.
