lawyer 2000 - 3000 ₾ Duties: • Preparation/participation in the preparation procedure of agreements and other legal documents (orders, statements, complaints, lawsuits, counterclaims, etc.) • Providing legal consultation within the scope of competence for the company's clients • Judicial representation • Correspondence with the company's clients and/or third parties • Preparation of the founding documents of the company (statutes, minutes of shareholders' meeting, decisions of partners), making changes, registration in the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities • Preparation of administrative complaints Requirements: • Higher legal education (in the direction of civil and administrative law) • Knowledge of computer office programs • Perfect knowledge of Russian or English (written/oral) (preferred) • At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer • Membership of the Georgian Bar Association, specializing in civil law (preferred and considered an advantage) We offer: • Unlimited talk time • Health insurance (after the trial period)

იურისტი 2000 - 3000 ₾ მოვალეობები: • ხელშეკრულებებისა და სხვა სამართლებრივი დოკუმენტაციის (ბრძანებები, განცხადებები, საჩივრები, სარჩელები, შესაგებლები და სხვა) მომზადება/მომზადების პროცედურაში მონაწილეობის მიღება • კომპანიის კლიენტებისათვის კომპეტენციის ფარგლებში იურიდიული კონსულტაციის გაწევა • სასამართლო წარმომადგენლობა • კორესპონდენციის წარმოება კომპანიის კლიენტებთან ან/და მესამე პირებთან • კომპანიის სადამფუძნებლო დოკუმენტაციის (წესდება, აქციონერთა კრების ოქმები, პარტნიორთა გადაწყვეტილებები) მომზადება, ცვლილებების შეტანა, მეწარმეთა და არასამეწარმეო იურიდიულ პირთა რეესტრში რეგისტრაცია • ადმინისტრაციული საჩივრების დამზადება მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი იურიდიული განათლება (სამოქალაქო და ადმინისტრაციული სამართლის მიმართულებით) • კომპიუტერული საოფისე პროგრამების ცოდნა • რუსული ან ინგლისური ენის სრულყოფილი ცოდნა (წერილობითი/ზეპირი) (სასურველია) • იურისტად მუშაობის გამოცდილება მინიმუმ 2 წელი • საქართველოს ადვოკატთა ასოციაციის წევრობა სამოქალაქო სამართლის სპეციალობით (სასურველია და ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად) ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ულიმიტო სასაუბრო დრო • ჯანმრთელობის დაზღვევა (გამოსაცდელი ვადის შემდეგ)
