Urbanist 3500 ₾ Duties: • Development of urban planning and spatial development concepts • Preparation of the documentation of the Development Regulation Plan (DRP) and Detailed Development Plan (DRP) • Studying the applicable legislation, technical regulations and urban planning requirements and taking them into account in the projects • Relations with local self-government, relevant state agencies and other interested parties • Research and analysis of physical, urban, construction and environmental characteristics of the project area • Preparation of land use, functional zoning, development and spatial development schemes • Development of basic schemes of transport traffic, pedestrian connections and mobility • Analysis and modeling of environmental and geographic factors, including solar insolation, terrain and climatic conditions • Integrating the principles of sustainable development into project solutions • Project planning, coordination and execution process management • Finding, selecting and communicating with appropriately qualified consultants and subcontractors • Preparation of information for the parties involved in the project and coordination of the work process • Preparation of project presentations, graphic materials and explanatory documentation Requirements: • Higher education in urban planning, architecture, spatial planning or related field • At least 5 years of experience in urban planning, architecture, project management or similar field • Experience in preparation and agreement of GRG, GDG or other urban planning documentation • Good knowledge of urban planning and construction legislation of Georgia • Experience of working with local self-government and relevant state agencies • Ability to prepare design and technical documentation • Knowledge of AutoCAD • Experience working with GIS programs • Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling programs • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop • Planning experience for large-scale residential, commercial or multi-purpose projects • Existence of projects agreed with the local self-government under the leadership of the candidate • Experience in coordinating a project team or consultants from different professions • Experience in transport and mobility planning We offer: • Place of work: Tbilisi, Lisi lake area • Working hours: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 • Probationary period: 3 months — fully paid • Remuneration: up to 3500 GEL NET — according to the candidate's experience and qualifications

ურბანისტი 3500 ₾ მოვალეობები: • ურბანული დაგეგმარებისა და სივრცითი განვითარების კონცეფციების შემუშავება • განაშენიანების რეგულირების გეგმისა (გრგ) და განაშენიანების დეტალური გეგმის (გდგ) დოკუმენტაციის მომზადება • მოქმედი კანონმდებლობის, ტექნიკური რეგლამენტებისა და ქალაქგეგმარებითი მოთხოვნების შესწავლა და პროექტებში გათვალისწინება • ადგილობრივ თვითმმართველობასთან, შესაბამის სახელმწიფო უწყებებსა და სხვა დაინტერესებულ მხარეებთან ურთიერთობა • საპროექტო ტერიტორიის ფიზიკური, ურბანული, სამშენებლო და გარემოსდაცვითი მახასიათებლების კვლევა და ანალიზი • მიწის გამოყენების, ფუნქციური ზონირების, განაშენიანებისა და სივრცითი განვითარების სქემების მომზადება • ტრანსპორტის მოძრაობის, საფეხმავლო კავშირებისა და მობილობის ძირითადი სქემების შემუშავება • გარემო და გეოგრაფიული ფაქტორების, მათ შორის მზის ინსოლაციის, რელიეფისა და კლიმატური პირობების ანალიზი და მოდელირება • მდგრადი განვითარების პრინციპების საპროექტო გადაწყვეტილებებში ინტეგრირება • პროექტების დაგეგმვა, კოორდინაცია და შესრულების პროცესის მართვა • შესაბამისი კვალიფიკაციის კონსულტანტებისა და ქვეკონტრაქტორების მოძიება, შერჩევა და მათთან კომუნიკაცია • პროექტში ჩართული მხარეებისთვის ინფორმაციის მომზადება და სამუშაო პროცესის კოორდინაცია • პროექტის პრეზენტაციების, გრაფიკული მასალებისა და განმარტებითი დოკუმენტაციის მომზადება მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება ურბანული დაგეგმარების, არქიტექტურის, სივრცითი დაგეგმარების ან შესაბამისი მიმართულებით • ურბანული დაგეგმარების, არქიტექტურის, პროექტების მართვის ან მსგავს სფეროში მუშაობის მინიმუმ 5 წლის გამოცდილება • გრგ-ის, გდგ-ის ან სხვა ქალაქგეგმარებითი დოკუმენტაციის მომზადებისა და შეთანხმების გამოცდილება • საქართველოს ქალაქგეგმარებითი და სამშენებლო კანონმდებლობის კარგი ცოდნა • ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობისა და შესაბამის სახელმწიფო უწყებებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება • საპროექტო და ტექნიკური დოკუმენტაციის მომზადების უნარი • AutoCAD-ის ცოდნა • GIS პროგრამებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება • SketchUp-ის, Revit-ის ან სხვა 3D მოდელირების პროგრამების ცოდნა • Adobe InDesign-ის, Illustrator-ის ან Photoshop-ის ცოდნა • მასშტაბური საცხოვრებელი, კომერციული ან მრავალფუნქციური პროექტების დაგეგმვის გამოცდილება • ადგილობრივ თვითმმართველობასთან კანდიდატის ხელმძღვანელობით შეთანხმებული პროექტების არსებობა • საპროექტო ჯგუფის ან სხვადასხვა პროფესიის კონსულტანტების კოორდინაციის გამოცდილება • ტრანსპორტისა და მობილობის დაგეგმვის გამოცდილება ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • სამუშაო ადგილი: თბილისი, ლისის ტბის მიმდებარე ტერიტორია • სამუშაო გრაფიკი: ორშაბათიდან პარასკევის ჩათვლით, 10:00-დან 19:00 საათამდე • გამოსაცდელი ვადა: 3 თვე — სრულად ანაზღაურებადი • ანაზღაურება: 3500 ლარამდე NET — კანდიდატის გამოცდილებისა და კვალიფიკაციის შესაბამისად
