Ycrewing Marine Agency LLC is looking for a crew manager and an assistant crew manager. Crew manager Main responsibilities: • selection and registration of seamen; • crew shift planning and rotation control; • checking maritime documents, certificates, visas and medical reports; • interaction with seafarers, shipowners, captains and agents; • organization of flights, transfers and crew boarding; • maintaining a database and personal files of seafarers; • monitoring compliance with Stcw and MLC requirements; •prompt resolution of issues related to crews. Requirements: • experience as a crew manager or in the field of maritime personnel support; • knowledge of procedures for the employment and registration of seafarers; • English at the level of business correspondence and communication; • responsibility, organization and ability to multitask; • confident knowledge of office programs. *Assistant crew manager Main responsibilities:* • assisting the crew manager in the selection and registration of seafarers; • collection, verification and systematization of candidates’ documents; • maintaining and updating the crew database; • correspondence with seafarers, agents and other contractors; • assistance in organizing visas, tickets, medical examinations and training; • preparation of questionnaires, letters, reports and other working documents; • monitoring the validity of seafarers’ documents and certificates. Requirements: • experience in crewing, maritime or personnel field will be an advantage; • English language is at least intermediate level; •carefulness when working with documents; • competent oral and written speech; • executiveness, communication skills and desire to develop in the maritime industry; • Confidence in Excel, Word and email. Требования: • опыт работы крю-менеджером или в сфере морского кадрового сопровождения; • знание процедур трудоустройства и оформления моряков; • английский язык на уровне деловой переписки и общения; • ответственность, организованность и умение работать в режиме многозадачности; • уверенное владение офисными программами. *Ассистент крю-менеджера Основные обязанности:* • помощь крю-менеджеру в подборе и оформлении моряков; • сбор, проверка и систематизация документов кандидатов; • ведение и обновление базы данных экипажей; • переписка с моряками, агентами и другими контрагентами; • помощь в организации виз, билетов, медицинских осмотров и обучения; • подготовка анкет, писем, отчётов и других рабочих документов; • контроль сроков действия документов и сертификатов моряков. Требования: • опыт в крюинге, морской или кадровой сфере будет преимуществом; • английский язык не ниже среднего уровня; • внимательность при работе с документами; • грамотная устная и письменная речь; • исполнительность, коммуникабельность и желание развиваться в морской отрасли; • уверенное владение Excel, Word и электронной почтой.
