We are looking for sales consultants/online consultants for a showroom of branded goods Responsibilities: – Compliance with store regulations – Compliance with customer service standards – Conducting online consultations on product availability – Selling through physical and online channels – Maintaining a product catalog on social networks using posts on a daily basis – Execution of sales plan – Compliance with the display and placement of goods – Reception of goods – Submission of daily reports at the end of the shift Conditions: – Salary payment by the 10th of every month The salary consists of the following parts: salary for going on a shift (6.000 tenge) + % of sales per shift – A system of daily employee motivation for fulfilling the daily sales plan and bonuses for exceeding the monthly plan have been introduced Working hours: 2/2, from 10:00 to 22:00 Important!
