Head of the auto center Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Recruitment, management and development of the team • Planning and execution of sales growth strategy • Provision of timely and quality services to corporate partners (companies). • Organizing and managing daily activities of auto service (mechanics), auto parts store and warehouse • Software balance control and periodic inventory • Management of spare parts stocks and purchases • Preparation of financial figures, sales and balance reports for management Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (preferably in the field of car service, auto parts or logistics) • Good knowledge of vehicle construction and spare parts specifications • Leadership skills, high sense of responsibility and ability to manage crisis situations We offer: • Competitive fixed salary • Additional bonus based on sales results • Stable working environment and the possibility of development
