Designer From 50,000 ₽ per hand Responsibilities: • Design project for residential and commercial premises (3D interiors, engineering part, etc.) • Creation of planning solutions for various premises • Development of the concept and implementation of functional zoning of premises in accordance with technical specifications • Participation in work on projects and negotiations with customers together with other company employees • Travel to customer sites to take measurements and participate in negotiations • Design of furniture and other structures according to existing architectural sketches and design projects, preparation of documentation for their production Requirements: • Higher/secondary education (engineering: construction, architecture, engineering, design) • Work on a computer at the level of a good user (Word, Excel) • Business writing techniques and negotiation skills • Knowledge of standards and rules for the preparation of design and working documentation • Knowledge of sections of engineering networks Hvac, VK, EOM, SS - general understanding • Knowledge of design and graphic programs AutoCAD, Archicad, 3D-max • Availability of a portfolio with working documentation We offer: • Official employment according to the Labor Code of Georgia, full social package (payment of sick leave and vacation pay) • Working hours 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 • Salary 1500 GEL after tax • Health insurance policy • Work in a stable, developing company, opportunity for professional development (I will answer on weekdays until 18:00)

Дизайнер-проектировщик От 50 000 ₽ на руки Обязанности: • Проектирование дизайн-проекта жилых и коммерческих помещений (3D-интерьеры, инженерная часть и пр.) • Создание планировочных решений для различных помещений • Разработка концепции и выполнение функционального зонирования помещений в соответствии с техническими заданиями • Участие в работе над проектами и переговорах с заказчиками совместно с другими сотрудниками компании • Выезд на объекты заказчиков для осуществления замеров и участия в переговорах • Проектирование мебели и иных конструкций по имеющимся архитектурным эскизам и дизайн проекту, оформление документации на их изготовление Требования: • Высшее/среднее образование (инженерное: строительство, архитектура, проектирование, дизайн) • Работа на компьютере на уровне хорошего пользователя (Word, Exсel) • Техника делового письма и навыки проведения переговоров • Знание стандартов и правил оформления проектной и рабочей документации • Знание разделов инженерных сетей ОВиК, ВК, ЭОМ, СС – общее понимание • Знание конструкторских и графических программ Автокад, Архикад, 3D-max • Наличие портфолио с рабочей документацией Мы предлагаем: • Официальное трудоустройство по ТК Грузии, полный соц.пакет (оплата больничных и отпускных) • График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00 • Зарплата 1500 лари после уплаты налога • Полис медицинского страхования • Работа в стабильной, развивающейся компании, возможность профессионального развития (Отвечу в будни до 18:00)
