Вакансия из города Tbilisi English speaking tour operator 1800 ₾ Duties: • Planning, budgeting and development of tourist packages in agreement with partner companies • Tour coordination both in the office and on-site — complete process management from start to finish • Arrangement of documentation related to the tour and detailed communication with suppliers — hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants and other partners • Establishing and developing business relationships with existing and potential partners (including new hotels and restaurants) • Close liaison with both the operations team and the finance department • Continuous control of service quality during the tour and offering improvement initiatives Requirements: • Good knowledge of tourist locations and regions of Georgia • Knowledge of the English language at a high level • High computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Organized, detail-oriented and with a high sense of responsibility • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Sociable, open and team member oriented • Any experience in the field of tourism (as a guide, tour manager or product manager), office work experience will be an advantage We offer: • Competitive compensation with opportunity for results-oriented growth (fairly high) • Corporate health insurance • Team activities and collaborative environment
