Deputy Head of Warehouse Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Accurate accounting of finished products, returns and pallets • Display and control of data in 1C and tax system • Accounting and inventory of all areas of the warehouse (finished, damaged products, etc.) • Production of documentation: receipt, return, acts of loss, movement of TMC • Compliance with internal standards when receiving products • Comparison/study between data available on 1Ts and RS.ge Requirements: • Experience in a similar position or warehouse accounting • Knowledge of the 1С program • Basic knowledge of Georgian tax legislation (warehouse accounting) • Detail oriented, high responsibility • Willingness to work in an open warehouse • Experience in using mobile devices (Zebra, Honeywell). • Ability to photofix returned/damaged products • Knowledge of Power BI or experience working analytically on warehouse data We offer: • Official employment in a stable company • Modern work environment with 1Ц and Internet access • Necessary equipment and safety devices • Ability to participate in the improvement of warehouse processes and introduction of innovations

საწყობის უფროსის მოადგილე ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • მზა პროდუქციის, დაბრუნებებისა და პალეტების ზუსტი აღრიცხვა • 1Ց და საგადასახადო სისტემაში მონაცემების ასახვა და კონტროლი • საწყობის ყველა უბნის (მზა, დაზიანებული პროდუქცია, ტმც) აღრიცხვა და ინვენტარიზაცია • დოკუმენტაციის წარმოება: მიღება, დაბრუნება, დანაკარგის აქტები, ტმც-ის მოძრაობა • შიდა სტანდარტების დაცვა პროდუქციის მიღებისას • 1Ց-ისა და RS.ge-ზე არსებულ მონაცემებს შორის შედარება/შესწავლა მოთხოვნები: • მსგავს პოზიციაზე ან საწყობის აღრიცხვაში მუშაობის გამოცდილება • 1С პროგრამის ცოდნა • საქართველოს საგადასახადო კანონმდებლობის საბაზისო ცოდნა (საწყობის აღრიცხვა) • დეტალებზე ორიენტირებულობა, მაღალი პასუხისმგებლობა • ღია საწყობში მუშაობის მზადყოფნა • მობილური მოწყობილობების (Zebra, Honeywell) გამოყენების გამოცდილება • დაბრუნებული/დაზიანებული პროდუქციის ფოტოფიქსაციის უნარი • Power BI-ის ცოდნა ან საწყობის მონაცემებზე ანალიტიკური მუშაობის გამოცდილება ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ოფიციალური დასაქმება სტაბილურ კომპანიაში • თანამედროვე სამუშაო გარემო 1Ц და ინტერნეტზე წვდომით • საჭირო აღჭურვილობა და უსაფრთხოების საშუალებები • შესაძლებლობა საწყობის პროცესების გაუმჯობესებასა და ინოვაციების დანერგვაში მონაწილეობის
