Pastry Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Morning breakfast, in accordance with the buffet concept, preparation of various types of confectionery products according to the recipe of the pastry chef • Quality control of confectionery products • Storage of raw materials and finished products according to the standard • Compliance with proper rules when working with existing equipment and tools • Knowledge of confectionery assortment and quality requirements • Preparation of products in the menu according to recipes, calculations and established standards • Taking care of visual variety of products • Protection/control of cleanliness of confectionery, baking equipment and workplace • Observance of sanitary and hygienic norms according to Haccp standards Requirements: • Experience of working in a similar position We offer: • Nutrition • Health insurance
