Customer Support Specialist Salary by agreement. Responsibilities: • Processing of incoming mail • Support and interaction with English-speaking clients (correspondence) • Resolution of some controversial situations • Product consulting Requirements: • Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above • Excellent business writing and communication skills • Ability to search and structure information • Knowledge of Notion, CMS WordPress and CRM systems (desirable) • Attention to detail and perseverance • Ability to listen to the client and find solutions • The ability not to get emotionally involved in correspondence We offer: • Paid trial period - 1 month • Salary $4 per hour, with the opportunity for career growth and transition to more interesting and highly paid areas (management, marketing) • Remote work • 4/3 schedule: 4 working days one week, 3 the next. • From 7-8 hours a day. No combination.
