Restaurant Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining a high level of service • Participating in the formation of the team and ensuring daily management in accordance with the internal regulations of the company • Initiating issues related to sales growth and service improvement • Effective communication with other departments of the company • Ensuring high quality of service • Periodic training of subordinate employees • Participation in budget planning • Monitoring balances and plan execution Requirements: • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in restaurants • Knowledge of office programs • Knowledge of Haccp standards • Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English • Sense of responsibility • Ability to work as a team • Ability to manage time • Empathic • Unbiased and fair
