Create high-quality documentation: BRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria. Communicate with clients and coordinate stakeholder expectations. Analyze business processes and find points for optimization. Participate in acceptance testing. Our expectations: BA: experience of 4 years. Sfmc: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required. Integrations: understanding of the processes Salesforce CRM, Salesforce ERP and third-party services. Processes: Deep understanding of Sdlc. Language: English B2+ (free communication with clients). Will be a plus: Experience working with enterprise CRM ecosystems.
