Sourcing / Procurement Manager We are launching a new B2B project and building a network of independent production partners (Supplier Network) from scratch. Our goal is contract manufacturing and supply of components (metalworking, plastic, industrial parts) to meet the specific requirements of B2B clients. Your main tasks: - Active sourcing: Search, verification and development of new factories in the Czech Republic and abroad (first stage: Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia). - Tenders and negotiations: Placing RFQs among suitable factories, comparing offers and negotiating the best prices, MOQs, lead times and payment terms. - Production control: Assessing supplier capacity, coordinating the release of samples/prototypes, quality control (QC) and delivery times. - Analytics: Solving problems with complaints, maintaining a supplier database and an internal reliability rating (Supplier Score). Who we are looking for: - An active sourcing specialist (not an administrative buyer!). The person who takes the RFQ, finds factories and achieves the best market conditions. - Experience in procurement (procurement, sourcing, supplier development). - Ability to read technical applications (drawings, approvals, materials, technologies). It is not necessary to be an engineer or designer. - Ability to estimate the total cost of the contract (Total Cost), and not just the unit price. - A huge plus: experience in manufacturing, engineering, OEM or international sourcing. Languages: English is a very good working level (critical for communicating with factories). Czech will be an advantage. Polish, German or other European language is an advantage. Наша цель — контрактное производство и поставки компонентов (металлообработка, пластик, промышленные детали) под конкретные требования B2B-клиентов. Ваши основные задачи: - Активный сорсинг: Поиск, проверка и развитие новых фабрик в Чехии и за рубежом (первый этап: Чехия, Польша, Словакия). - Тендеры и переговоры: Размещение RFQ среди подходящих заводов, сравнение предложений и выторговывание лучших цен, объемов (MOQ), сроков (lead time) и условий оплаты. - Контроль производства: Оценка мощностей поставщика, координация выпуска образцов/прототипов, контроль качества (QC) и сроков поставки. - Аналитика: Решение проблем с рекламациями, ведение базы поставщиков и внутреннего рейтинга надежности (Supplier Score). Кого мы ищем: - Активного специалиста по сорсингу (не административного закупщика!). Человека, который берет RFQ, находит заводы и добивается наилучших рыночных условий. - Опыт в закупках (procurement, sourcing, supplier development). - Умение читать технические заявки (чертежи, допуски, материалы, технологии). Быть инженером или конструктором не обязательно. - Способность оценивать полную стоимость контракта (Total Cost), а не только цену за единицу. - Огромный плюс: опыт в manufacturing, engineering, OEM или международном сорсинге. Языки: Английский — очень хороший рабочий уровень (критично для общения с фабриками). Чешский — будет преимуществом. Польский, немецкий или другой европейский язык — преимущество.
