Avia Cargo Sales and Reservations Service. Specialist 3500 ₾ Duties: • Receiving orders, processing and offering the best service conditions to customers • Constant search for new customers and taking care of the image of the sales department • Communicating with agents and getting information related to rates • Informing the user with a detailed description of the services to be provided • Agreement of service terms and rates with the freight sales manager • Establishing communication with the customer and signing the contract after mutual agreement • Carrying out cargo insurance procedures • Providing the necessary information for accounting to issue an invoice • Submission of the invoice issued by the accounting department to the customer • Registration and control of signed agreements Requirements: • Higher education • Knowledge of foreign languages is mandatory - English, Russian • Experience working in a similar position • Ability to work in a team • Effective communication skills • Detail oriented skills We offer: • Transportation services from the Zedo Samgori metro station • Lawyer services card • Possibility of various trainings and development
