We are looking for a Foreman in Batumi (Gonio) Our team requires an experienced and responsible Foreman to manage construction and finishing works. Responsibilities: * Manage processes: Plan work and assign tasks to performers, teams and contractors. Monitor their implementation. * Maintain documentation: Work logs (concrete, welding, incoming control, etc.), time sheets, preparation of reports. * Supply: Order materials and special equipment, transfer materials according to the acceptance certificate, register write-off. * Quality control: Conduct visual and instrumental control, participate in the acceptance of work. * Work profile: Work with finishing, facades, roofing and stained glass windows. * Safety: Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements. Requirements: * Professional construction education. * Relevant work experience. * Confident knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
