BET: When living in your own home: • up to 90% - 26.50 zł/hour • 90–100% - 28.50 zł/hour • over 100% - 29.50 zł/hour Students under 26 years old when living in their own housing: • up to 90% - 32 zł/hour • 90–100% - 34 zł/hour • over 100% - 35 zł/hour Practice shows that the majority of employees who responsibly fulfill their duties easily reach the level of 90–100% of the standard, and, if desired, exceed it. Type OF Work: Umowa zlecenia Number OF Hours PER Month: standard 160-180 hours (For employees interested in more hours and ready to continue working after appropriate training, there is the opportunity to work in the amount of 200-220 hours per month after individual approval of additional shifts during the interview.) Before starting work, you must undergo a medical examination (280 zł, deducted from the first salary). An advance of 400 zł is possible after the first two weeks of work. If the employee has his own work clothes and safety boots with metal toes, no deduction is made. If the equipment is provided by a company, 150 zł is withheld from the first salary. After working for three full months, this amount is returned.

Если у работника есть собственная рабочая одежда и защитные ботинки с металлическим носком — удержание не производится. Если экипировку предоставляет фирма, с первой заработной платы удерживается 150 zł. После отработки трёх полных месяцев эта сумма возвращается.
