Branch Director 4000 - 5500 ₾ Duties: • Achieving operational targets, optimizing processes and improving user experience • Management and control of operational activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and sustainable development standards • Close cooperation with the City Hall, the police and other relevant government agencies: representing the company's interests at meetings, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements, and developing long-term working relationships • Ensuring effective collaboration between branch operations and internal company teams, including finance, HR and other functional teams • Development and implementation of operational strategy, including resource planning, market and competitive environment analysis • Recruiting, training, developing and coordinating work processes to build a strong, cohesive and results-oriented team • Planning and coordinating initiatives for customer safety and the safe operation of electric scooters, keeping safety as one of the top priorities • Creating a positive and supportive work environment, motivating the team and encouraging them to achieve high results Requirements: • Fluency in Georgian and Russian languages is a mandatory requirement • Knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage • At least 4 years of work experience in the field of operational management • Experience working in an international company will be an important advantage • Understanding of financial statements and P&L • Ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement and adjust processes to achieve targeted results • Good knowledge of Georgian market and local business environment • At least 1 year of team management experience, including employee selection, training and motivation • Ability to make decisions and act independently under conditions of uncertainty • Strong analytical thinking and understanding of demand and supply dynamics • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to prepare and present data, results and strategies to management in a structured manner • Curiosity and willingness to deeply explore customer needs and business specifics • Attention to detail and result orientation We offer: • Remuneration: 4,000-5,500 GEL per month (Net) - fixed salary + bonus • Full time, without combining with another job • Official employment and stable and timely payment of salary • Full support at all stages of employment, adaptation and further work • Opportunity for professional, career and financial growth
