Duties: • Managing and supervising the daily processes of the kitchen with and in the absence of the chef • Control of the quality of food preparation and the exact observance of the established recipe • Coordination and efficient distribution of kitchen staff (cooks, assistants) work process • Thorough observance of sanitary-hygienic norms and food safety (Haccp) standards • Controlling ingredient wastage and minimizing losses • Participation in the process of developing a new menu and improving the recipe of dishes Requirements: • Work experience in the position of sous chef or leading cook • Punctuality • High sense of responsibility • Orientation to details • Ability to work in a team and manage • Hard work • Effective time management • Organization and ability to work in a stressful environment
