Department of hydrotechnical and engineering facilities. Engineer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development, design and agreement of working drawings, schemes and construction documentation • Construction and design cost estimation, budgeting, budget data analysis • Control of compliance with construction norms and standards, participation in quality control of performed works • Participation in the preparation of technical tasks for design and construction works • Development of proposals regarding the improvement of the quality and safety of hydrotechnical structures • Relations with the procurement organizations, checking the quality and deadlines of the works Requirements: • Higher education in construction, hydraulic engineering, engineering or related field • Experience in the field of engineering, construction, design at least 2 years • Knowledge of normative documents, standards and construction norms • Knowledge of graphic programs (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW) is desirable • Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel) • Proficiency in the Russian language (oral and written) • Experience with project documentation and cost accounting calculations will be preferred • Responsibility • High communication and teamwork skills • Making informed decisions under limited time conditions • Organizational skills, knowledge of work process planning • Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
