Night Receptionist AT THE Hotel We are part of the stable and dynamically developing hotel chain Czech Inn Hotels. We offer our guests a high level of service, a friendly atmosphere and an individual approach. We are looking for a smiling and professional receptionist to join our team, who will become the first person of the hotel and will take care of the comfort and satisfaction of guests. What Will YOU DO • Reception and accommodation of guests, check-in and check-out • Communication with guests in person, by phone and by email • Providing information about the hotel and its services • Interaction with other hotel departments (housekeeping, restaurant, technical service) • Working with the booking system and cash What WE Expect From YOU • Conversational knowledge of Czech and English (oral and written) • Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor • Responsibility, reliability and organization • Experience working at the reception or in the service sector is an advantage but not a necessity. • Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team WE Offer • Competitive salary 35,000 – 50,000 Kč • 15 shifts per month (19:00-07:00) • Modern working environment and stable work • Friendly team and honest attitude • Free food and uniform • Multisport card • Discounts on accommodation in our hotels • Regular corporate events and bonuses Interested in the offer?
