Curator in exploitation issues Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Control of the process of water intake, transportation, distribution, supply and removal of excess water with reclamation systems • Assessment of the technical condition of irrigation and drainage systems, hydrotechnical structures and devices, compliance with the rules of technical operation and ensuring their proper functioning • Participation in the preparation of current, annual and medium-term plans for operational and capital measures on the reclamation infrastructure, determining the deadlines and controlling the execution • Participation in the determination of priorities for the construction, rehabilitation and modernization of reclamation infrastructure projects, in the review of technical tasks and project documentation. • Preparation of technical documentation and request for material resources required for operational and capital measures • Participation in the commissioning procedures of completed construction facilities • Appropriate response in case of emergency situations, violations of law and detected violations related to reclamation infrastructure • Preparation of proposals for the arrangement of new drainage facilities and the development of reclamation systems • Responding to the facts of pollution of reclamation channels and presenting relevant information • Compliance with labor safety requirements and implementation of activities in accordance with the company's internal regulations • Communication with structural units, state agencies, legal and physical persons within the scope of competence, consideration of letters and statements and appropriate response • Performing other tasks assigned by the general director, curator in operational matters, director in technical matters, head of regional service and service center manager Requirements: • Higher education in engineering (civil, construction, hydro, agro-engineering or other related specialty) • Experience of working in a similar position • Ability to analyze technical documentation, design materials and normative acts • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Analytical thinking • High level of responsibility • Organization • Ability to manage time and set priorities • Ability to work in a team We offer: • Full time: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 • Trial period: 3 months
