order manager 1375 ₾ Duties: • Protection of public order in the school • Control of the school and its surrounding area • Recording of disciplinary offenses that occurred and detected in the school and/or its surrounding area and informing the school directorate about the said • Communicating with students with social behavior problems, interviewing them individually, observing their behavior • Protection of students, employees and other persons in the school in emergency situations (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) and assistance in their evacuation • Revealing the conflict situation and solving it, acting as a mediator between opposing students • Monitoring of video surveillance cameras • Day-to-day control over absence and lateness of classes by students for illegitimate reasons • Examining the student with a metal detector to detect prohibited items • In case of disciplinary misconduct, confiscating the explanation to the student in accordance with the established norms and drawing up an appropriate protocol Requirements: • Higher education • It is desirable that the candidate has experience in the field of education • MS Office • Effective communication • Sense of responsibility • Management of conflict situations • Benevolence • Care • Hard work We offer: • Bonus system • Health insurance • Two meals a day • Salary is paid even during school holidays (New Year, Spring, Easter, Summer and Autumn holidays)
