Teacher's assistant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • To assist the special pedagogue and participate in the implementation of all day center activities • Involvement in drawing up and implementing the individual plan of the beneficiary • Involvement in planning and implementation of group activities, both inside and outside the center • Helping beneficiaries individually if necessary • Involvement of disabled beneficiaries over 18 years of age in applied arts and labor activities • Team work, cooperation • To follow the bylaws of the organization Requirements: • Bachelor, majoring in psychology, occupational therapy, social work, it is also possible to be a student • It is desirable to have creative skills (sewing, working with felt, painting, etc.) • Staff with experience working with disabled people • A clear interest in working in the social field • Teamwork and independent work • Ability to accept workload/stress and criticism • Integrity/reliability • flexibility, endurance (ability to cope with stress) • Orientation to help others • Sociability, initiative • Ability to adapt • Punctuality We offer: • Working mode: 5 working days a week from 10 to 16 hours • Salary: negotiable
