Duties: • Preparation of cost estimates in compliance with construction norms and rules • Work on adjusting cost estimates • Processing of acts of completed works (form #2). • Constant communication with the object • Monitoring of the current condition of the facility in relation to project and cost accounting documentation Requirements: • Higher education in construction • At least 4 years of work experience in a relevant position • Knowledge of construction norms and rules • Ability to work with project documentation • Knowledge of office programs (MS Word; MS Excel) and AutoCad
