Duties: • Managing the onboarding and adaptation process of new employees • Preparing, planning and conducting trainings for new employees • Organization of trainings for continuous development of existing employees • Studying the assortment of the company's products, preparing presentations and conducting relevant trainings • Training of trade team employees in the following directions: sales standards, principles of merchandising; Practical work with merchants and related processes • Preparation, updating and continuous improvement of training materials • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of trainings, presenting the available data to the supervisor • Collaborate with managers to identify team development needs and plan appropriate trainings Requirements: • Higher education (preferably in the field of psychology, business development) • Experience in conducting or teaching trainings (preferably in the field of sales) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Facilitation Skills • Organization and effective time management • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs We offer: • Stable and development-oriented working environment • Ability to work with a diverse and dynamic team • Health insurance
