Operating Director Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Planning and implementation of the holding's operational strategy • Coordination of daily operations of restaurants and hotels • Defining, monitoring and improving operational KPIs • Conducting planned and unplanned audits of facilities • Implementation and control of standards, SOPs and work processes • Evaluation, development and support of facilities managers • Control of budget performance and cost optimization • Work on increasing sales, profitability and productivity • Effective coordination of different departments (Finance, HR, Purchases, Marketing, Service, F&B) • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for owners and board of directors • Managing the process of opening new projects and facilities • Risk identification and quick response Requirements: • Higher education in business administration, management or related field • At least 5 years of experience in operational management of multi-branch business or HoReCa sector • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Experience in financial analysis and operational performance management • Practical experience in creating and implementing KPI systems • Knowledge of SOPs, quality control and audit processes • Ability to make quick decisions and manage crisis situations • High level knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). • Knowledge of English language is desirable • Leadership • High sense of responsibility • Systematic and analytical thinking • Orientation to the result • Attention to detail • Discipline • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to make independent decisions We offer: • High salary (according to qualifications) • Reward system based on performance of KPIs • Company car or fuel/travel allowance for business trips • Participation in the development of a rapidly growing holding • High decision-making autonomy • Opportunity for career development
