IT Manager (on-site, Belgrade)

WE'RE Hiring: IT Manager - Belgrade / Location: On-site (Full-time) We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT operations, guide engineers, and manage client service delivery for small and medium-sized businesses. KEY Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage a team of ~15 support technicians, sysadmins, and network engineers. Service Delivery: Own SLAs, ticket response times, incident management, and client satisfaction. Infrastructure & Projects: Oversee cloud servers, office setups, network deployments, office relocations, and procurement. Technical Escalation: Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, security, and networking issues. Security & Compliance: Manage access controls, patching, disaster recovery, backups, and system hardening. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in an IT Manager / IT Operations role within an IT services environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Technical Skills: VMware vSphere MikroTik & FortiGate firewalls Cloud providers, VoIP solutions, and Backup/DR systems Open-source tools & infrastructure solutions Availability: Fully on-site role with on-call availability.
