Senior agent of the service 1702 ₾ Duties: • Ensuring proper and continuous operation of the existing fire protection systems (fire alarms, automatic fire extinguishing systems, smoke control systems, fire pumps and other related systems) of the Davit Agmashenebeli Kutaisi International Airport terminal and auxiliary buildings. • Management of daily activities of the service, distribution of functions and duties among employees, monitoring of their performance • Organization and coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance and preventive works of fire protection systems • Timely detection of technical malfunctions of fire protection systems, analysis of causes and coordination of the process of elimination of defects • Control of the quality of the works performed by the contractor organizations and compliance with the applicable standards • Participation and supervision in the process of acceptance, testing and commissioning of new fire protection systems • Production of technical documentation, service logs, defect reports and relevant reports • Production of procurement technical assignments, technical specifications and other relevant documentation • Ensuring the fulfillment and protection of the requirements of the applicable Georgian legislation, internal regulations of the company in the field of fire safety • Conducting relations with state supervision bodies, auditors, contractor organizations and other authorized persons within the scope of competence. • Strict observance of labor safety and technical norms in the work process Requirements: • Secondary education (preferred: higher education in fire engineering or other direction) • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of fire protection systems, low-current systems or other engineering systems (experience in a managerial position is desirable) • Experience in the operation and maintenance of fire alarm, automatic fire, smoke control and other fire protection systems is desirable • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language • Knowledge of the English language is desirable, at the level of reading and understanding technical documentation • Knowledge of Georgian legislation, fire safety requirements and relevant technical norms and standards • Ability to read and analyze technical documentation, schematics and engineering drawings • High sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team and make effective decisions promptly We offer: • Remuneration: 1702 GEL
