Duties: • Full management and coordination of operational processes of international transportation of automobiles • Daily communication with terminals and effective management of operational issues • Organization and control of the processes of receiving, loading, shipping and moving vehicles to the destination • Planning and coordination of land and sea transportation processes • Management of customs procedures and control of relevant documentation • Effective cooperation with partner companies and other involved parties • Monitoring of operational processes, timely identification of problems and effective solutions Requirements: • Experience in operational, logistics or international transportation • Experience in the field of import and transportation of light vehicles will be considered a significant advantage • Proficiency in English • Knowledge of the Russian language at a conversational level is mandatory • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel • Knowledge of automobile import and international transportation processes • Knowledge of working with terminals and customs procedures • Practical experience in operational processes related to automobiles • High sense of responsibility • Organization and ability to effectively manage time • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions • Orientation to details • Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and manage several processes at the same time We offer: • Workplace: st.
