Foreman of the construction and economic department 70,000 – 100,000 ₽ before taxes Responsibilities: • Organization of work on the opening and maintenance of company stores • Carrying out repair and finishing work when opening and maintaining a store • Assembly and arrangement of commercial equipment and furniture • Maintaining good condition of commercial equipment on company premises • Management of the AHO team in Tbilisi • Supply of construction and production with necessary materials • Interaction with landlords of rented premises • Interaction with city utilities Requirements: • Ability to use power tools • Knowledge of the processes of performing electrical installation, repair, construction and plumbing work • Ability to read drawings and design documentation • Knowledge of Russian language • Knowledge of the Georgian language (desirable) • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry or real estate management • Experience in assembling commercial equipment (desirable) • Secondary specialized technical education, higher education in the field of construction (desirable) • Availability of a personal car We offer: • Official registration according to the Labor Code of Georgia, full social package • Medical insurance • Working hours: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00, Sat and Sun - days off • Salary: 2500 GEL • Traveling nature of work around the city (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays)

Прораб строительно-хозяйственного отдела 70 000 – 100 000 ₽ до вычета налогов Обязанности: • Организация работ по открытию и обслуживанию магазинов компании • Выполнение ремонтно-отделочных работ при открытии и обслуживании магазина • Сборка и расстановка торгового оборудования и мебели • Поддержание исправного состояния торгового оборудования в помещениях компании • Руководство командой АХО в Тбилиси • Снабжение строительства и производства необходимыми материалами • Взаимодействие с арендодателями арендуемых помещений • Взаимодействие с коммунальными службами города Требования: • Умение пользоваться электроинструментом • Знание процессов выполнения электромонтажных, ремонтно-строительных и сантехнических работ • Умение читать чертежи, а также проектную документацию • Знание русского языка • Знание грузинского языка (желательно) • Опыт от 3-х лет в строительной сфере или в сфере эксплуатации недвижимости • Опыт в сборке торгового оборудования (желательно) • Средне-специальное техническое образование, высшее образование в сфере строительства (желательно) • Наличие личного автомобиля Мы предлагаем: • Официальное оформление по ТК Грузии, полный соц.пакет • Медицинская страховка • График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00, сб и вс - выходные • Заработная плата: 2500 Лари • Разъездной характер работы по городу (с 9 до 18 ч. будни)
