Kitchen Manager 1800 ₾ Duties: • Active communication with customers • Manage Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp platforms - respond to incoming calls, messages and comments • Monitor customers' allergens/requirements • Participate in daily menu planning • Timely delivery of customer base (quantity, allergens) to the kitchen • Planning courier routes • Monitoring of the Haccp standard in the kitchen • Checking of write-offs, reporting • Daily sales reporting • Work on Delivery Services: Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food • WooCommerce - order management on the platform • Finding new personnel if necessary Requirements: • Experience working in a managerial position • Work experience in the field of food • Ability to manage problematic situations • Ability to organize and manage the work process • High level command of office programs (Excel, Word, PPT). • Punctuality, orderliness, discipline • Ability to manage time • Sociability • Ability to negotiate • Teamwork We offer: • Location: St. Tbilisi, 13 of Spring • Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off • Remuneration: 1800 GEL
