Optical network service engineer 1800 - 2100 ₾ Duties: • Installation of optical cables and welding/soldering in communication nodes • Bringing the optical signal to the destination point • Installation of passive devices and connectors • Recording and archiving of reflectogram of optical connections • Identify and repair the damaged optical cable • Construction of main network and installation of optical cables • Installation of equipment in the communication cabinet and checking of optical signals • Submitting a daily report to the immediate supervisor • Information exchange with contractor companies as needed Requirements: • Desirable higher education in IT direction • Experience of working in a similar position, including in the field of telecommunications • Thorough knowledge of the principles of computer networks, Internet and cable systems arrangement • Proper knowledge of the Georgian language • Knowledge of the Russian language at the communicative level • Knowledge of work-related English terminology • Ability to read topographical maps • Ability to plan and work independently • Ability to perform multi-profile work • Effective time management skills • High sense of responsibility • Sociability and collegiality • Ability to work in a team • It is desirable that the candidate has his own car We offer: • Fix.
