Chief Accountant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes across the company and develop automated solutions for them • Research, evaluate and pilot new AI tools and services and suggest which ones to implement • You will integrate AI assistants and automation in daily workflows of various departments (analysis, reporting, document processing, customer operations) • Build and maintain prompt libraries, AI workflows and simple automations tailored to our needs • Train and support colleagues in effective and responsible use of AI tools • You will continue to keep an eye on the rapidly changing AI landscape and bring relevant innovations to the company Requirements: • Strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools — especially Claude, preferably Claude Code as well — and thorough knowledge of prompt engineering and practical AI tooling • A genuine, proven interest in financial services and how technology can improve the field • Self-initiated thinking: you identify problems, propose solutions and see them through to completion without waiting for detailed instructions • Knowledge of Georgian and English languages • Experience or work history in finance, accounting or financial analysis • Programming or scripting skills (for example, Python, JavaScript or automation platforms) • Experience in analyzing and improving business processes • Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar) • Knowledge of APIs and experience of connecting different systems together • Previous experience implementing AI tools in a team or organization We offer: • Extraordinary freedom to shape both the position itself and the company's direction toward AI
