Engineer of electricity and weak currents Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Management and supervision of installation works • Organization of installation works and full cycle supervision of electric and weak current systems (Power Supply, Lighting, ELV - Cctv, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data) • Allocation of work for installation teams, definition of tasks and performance monitoring • Control of compliance of works with the approved project, drawings and technical specifications • Checking the quality of the performed works and actively participating in the acceptance-handover process • Quality control of installation of electric panels, cables, devices and systems • Close cooperation with other engineering departments (Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Architecture, Structure) • Agreement on technical issues with subcontractors and suppliers • Coordination of ongoing processes at the site and management of the sequence of works • Identification of technical problems and operational solutions • Participation in the process of system testing and commissioning • Checking the functioning of electrical systems and controlling the elimination of defects • Informing management about current, planned and completed works • Checking, comparing and confirming the works performed on the object and the materials written in Form 2 • Identifying and reporting on project progress, delays and risks • Control over compliance with safety norms and technical standards Requirements: • Higher education in electrical engineering or related field • At least 5 years of experience at a construction site (Site Engineer/Supervisor position) • In-depth knowledge of electrical and ELV systems • Ability to read and analyze projects, blueprints and diagrams • Knowledge of international and local standards • English language - technical level We offer: • Location: Batumi; In case of employment from another city, the company provides business trip conditions, including accommodation and reimbursement of business trip expenses. • Working schedule: Monday-Friday (09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00)
