Head of architectural bureaus and design teams Salary by agreement. Responsibilities: • Organizing the work of the design department to ensure timely and high-quality completion of design work • Coordination of interaction between engineers, architects and other stakeholders • Monitoring compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as technical specifications of projects • Proposal of strategic decisions related to the development and adjustment of projects • Compliance with deadlines for completing tasks and instructions set by the manager Requirements: • Higher professional specialized education • Knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory documents for the design and construction of structures for various functional purposes • Knowledge of design methods and principles (development of drawings, specifications) • Knowledge of computer-aided design methods (AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD, 3ds Max) • MS Office (Word, Excel) We offer: • Office work • Office is located in Batumi, Gonio (has its own corporate transport) • Medical expenses • Schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Обязанности: • Организация работы проектного отдела для обеспечения своевременного и качественного выполнения проектных работ • Координация взаимодействия между инженерами, архитекторами и другими заинтересованными сторонами • Контроль за соблюдением строительных норм и правил, а также технических условий проектов • Предложение стратегических решений, связанных с разработкой и корректировкой проектов • Соблюдение установленных руководителем сроков выполнения заданий и поручений Требования: • Высшее профессиональное профильное образование • Знание требований законодательства и нормативных документов по проектированию и строительству объектов сооружений различного функционального назначения • Знание методов и принципов проектирования (разработка чертежей, спецификаций) • Знание методов автоматизированного проектирования (AutoCAD, Revit или ArchiCAD, 3ds Max) • MS Office (Word, Excel) Мы предлагаем: • Работа в офисе • Офис находится в Батуми, Гонио (есть свой корпоративный транспорт) • Медицинские расходы • График с 9 до 18 часов
