Accountant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Receipt, verification and handling of primary accounting documentation (invoices, acceptance-handover acts, invoices) in the accounting program according to the company's standards and accounting rules • Making bank transfers and daily processing/reconciliation of statements • Creditor debts management, control and preparation of mutual comparison acts • Tax and financial accounting: work at RS.GE: control of tax invoices and invoices, accounting-inventory of fixed assets • Participation in relations with auditors and tax authorities Requirements: • Education: Higher education in finance, accounting or economics (possession of Acca certificate will be considered an advantage) • Experience: at least 2-3 years of work experience as an accountant • Tax legislation: good knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code and BAF/Ifrs • In-depth experience of working on the portal of the Revenue Service (RS.GE). • Knowledge of accounting program 1С • Knowledge of MS Excel • Knowledge of the English language • High sense of responsibility and detail oriented • Analytical thinking and ability to effectively manage time • Ability to work in a team and act quickly in a stressful environment We offer: • Place of work: Tbilisi • Working hours: full time (09:00-18:00) • Number of working days: 5 • Health insurance • Number of vacation days: 30 days

ბუღალტერი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • პირველადი საბუღალტრო დოკუმენტაციის (ინვოისები, მიღება-ჩაბარების აქტები, ზედნადებები) მიღება, შემოწმება და გატარება საბუღალტრო პროგრამაში კომპანიის სტანდარტების და აღრიცხვის წესების მიხედვით • საბანკო გადარიცხვების განხორციელება და ამონაწერების ყოველდღიური დამუშავება/დადარება • კრედიტორული დავალიანებების მართვა, კონტროლი და ურთიერთშედარების აქტების მომზადება • საგადასახადო და ფინანსური აღრიცხვა: RS.GE-ზე მუშაობა: საგადასახადო ანგარიშ-ფაქტურებისა და ზედნადებების კონტროლი, ძირითადი საშუალებების აღრიცხვა-ინვენტარიზაცია • აუდიტორებთან და საგადასახადო ორგანოებთან ურთიერთობაში მონაწილეობა მოთხოვნები: • განათლება: უმაღლესი განათლება ფინანსების, ბუღალტერიის ან ეკონომიკის მიმართულებით (Acca-ს სერტიფიკატის ფლობა ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად) • გამოცდილება: მინიმუმ 2-3 წლიანი სამუშაო გამოცდილება ბუღალტრის პოზიციაზე • საგადასახადო კანონმდებლობა: საქართველოს საგადასახადო კოდექსისა და BAF/Ifrs კარგი ცოდნა • შემოსავლების სამსახურის პორტალზე (RS.GE) მუშაობის სიღრმისეული გამოცდილება • საბუღალტრო პროგრამის 1С-ის ცოდნა • MS Excel-ის ცოდნა • ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა • მაღალი პასუხისმგებლობის გრძნობა და დეტალებზე ორიენტირებულობა • ანალიტიკური აზროვნებისა და დროის ეფექტურად მართვის უნარი • გუნდური მუშაობისა და სტრესულ გარემოში ოპერატიულად მოქმედების უნარი ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • სამუშაო ადგილი: თბილისი • სამუშაო დრო: სრული განაკვეთი (09:00-18:00) • სამუშაო დღეების რაოდენობა: 5 • ჯანმრთელობის დაზღვევა • საშვებულებო დღეების რაოდენობა: 30 დღე
