Duties: • Content development of the educational program • Monitoring and updating of syllabi • Ensuring compliance of program goals and learning outcomes with international standards • Preparation of annual reports and self-assessment documentation • Participation in the selection process of academic staff and promotion of their professional development • Communication with internship facilities and employers • Coordination of training and examination processes • Receiving feedback from students and alumni • Finding grant projects, supporting student research work and initiating public activities Requirements: • Doctor's degree or equivalent in relevant field • Work experience — at least 3 years of work experience in the field of education, including at least 1 year in a leadership position • English language - at least B2+ level • Acts regulating higher education • Accreditation standards of higher education programs • National Qualification Framework and Classifier of Study Areas • Ability to plan and organize • Ability to think creatively • Ability to effectively manage time • Effective communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously • Ability to work in a stressful environment • Ability to focus on details
