Shopping center reception operator Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Helping customers entering the shopping center and providing them with information • Informing the customer about the brands present/located in the mall, including shops, stands, isles, pharmacy, banks, salon, gym, cinema, hypermarket/market • Knowledge of detailed information about gift cards operating in the shopping center, their conditions (including activation, use, method of gifting, etc.) • Assisting customers in activating gift cards and depositing money • Receive phone calls and respond to incoming messages • Ensuring continuous functioning of the information space • Providing instant information to the security service of the shopping center about the item lost by the user, including warning of the item found by the user/third party and providing information regarding the said item to the head of the security service Requirements: • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage • Communication level knowledge of English and Russian languages • Basic knowledge of computer office programs • Sociability • Hard work • Punctuality • Discipline • Ability to find, process and analyze information
