Purchasing Manager 1400 - 1600 ₾ Duties: • Studying, negotiating and managing the signing process of existing and new contracts with hotels, museums and other tourist facilities • Requesting and comparing prices and commercial conditions from hotels and partner facilities • Processing accepted rates and terms and updating relevant prices/rates in the online system • Constant communication with hotels and partners about current prices, conditions and availability • Finding and working on special offers and seasonal promotions • Conducting negotiations with partners to obtain the best commercial conditions for the company • Periodic monitoring of prices and offers in the market Requirements: • Experience working in a sales position in a hotel is essential • Experience in procurement or similar position will be considered an advantage • Good knowledge of hotels and tourism products • Good knowledge of the English language • Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience working in the tourism or hotel industry • Experience in negotiating contracts and commercial terms with hotels • Knowledge of an additional foreign language • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate • Organization and detail oriented • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly process information • High sense of responsibility and initiative • Ability to work in a team • Ability to effectively manage time and manage several processes in parallel We offer: • Fixed salary: 1400-1600 GEL (at the initial stage), according to qualifications • Health insurance • Providing equipment necessary for work (laptop and corporate phone) • Friendly, dynamic work environment and opportunity for professional growth • Opportunity to work in a company operating in the international tourist market
