We are looking for a senior C++ developer to join the high-frequency trading (HFT) team on the cryptocurrency market. We will work on supporting, debugging and optimizing the already existing high-performance trading mechanism on Binance - the product has left the proof of concept stage and is moving into production. The role is for a strong technical specialist who can not just write code, but take responsibility for the result - the team is small, and everyone’s role is quickly expanding. Focus on supporting and optimizing existing infrastructure with low latency, rather than developing from scratch; the result has already been confirmed by the market: a share of more than 20% in key areas on Binance. Responsibilities: Support, debugging and maintenance of the existing trading engine Performance and latency optimizations Participation in the development and testing of algorithmic strategy Active interaction with a small team (calls, synchronization) Flexible expansion of the area of responsibility as expertise in the project grows Requirements: Experience in HFT - from 3 years (required) Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges (required) Strong C++ English - confident communication with the team Ability to work in a team, reliability, independence Willingness to prove your skills in practice Conditions: Remote work; Location - any; Compensation is discussed individually; A long-term project at the scaling stage, with already confirmed market results; Full time;
