Supervisor 1800 Обязанности: • Management of service standards: ensuring proper operation of the hall; Implementation and control of high quality of service • Team leadership: management of waiters and bartenders, adaptation and training of new employees • Guest relations: welcoming guests, monitoring their satisfaction and resolving any non-standard situations/complaints in a professional manner • Operational processes: control of cash operations, supervision of hall inventory and cleanliness • Marketing activities: in coordination with kitchen and bar, support of special offers and Italian gastronomic days in the hall Требования: • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the restaurant field (preferably in premium or conceptual facilities) in a similar position • Ability to manage and motivate a team • Perfect command of Georgian and English languages • Knowledge of restaurant software is desirable (e.g. fina or similar) • High sense of responsibility, ability to orient and make quick decisions in stressful situations We offer: • Competitive salary of 1800 • Opportunity for professional growth and development • Friendly and dynamic work environment • Free meals • Schedule on 5/2
