Branch manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Organization, management, coordination and control of daily activities of the branch • Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance assurance of the branch's commercial, operational and financial indicators • Organization and development of sales of loans, deposits, card products, transfers, accounts and other banking products • Planning the activities of branch employees, defining goals, evaluating performance and managing results • Participation in the selection, adaptation, training and development processes of subordinate employees • Providing high-quality customer service and timely consideration of customer complaints • Quality control of the branch's credit portfolio, organization of overdue loans management process and implementation of relevant measures • Control of branch cash operations, cash security and operational processes • Ensuring compliance with the bank's internal policies, procedures, AML/CFT requirements, National Bank regulations and applicable legislation in the branch • Identifying operational, credit, financial and reputational risks of the branch and initiating appropriate measures to reduce them • Preparation of reports related to the activities of the branch and submission to the management • Effective cooperation with the relevant structural units of the head office • Representation of the branch in relations with local business, partners and corporate clients • Identifying new opportunities for branch business development and implementing relevant initiatives • Participation in the process of internal and external audits, monitoring and inspections and ensuring timely elimination of identified issues Requirements: • Higher education (finance, economics, business or relevant field) • At least 5 years of working experience in the banking sector • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a managerial position • Work experience in the direction of retail banking services and lending • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services • Knowledge of credit processes, credit risks and portfolio management • Knowledge of operational processes and cashier activities • Knowledge of National Bank of Georgia regulations, AML/CFT requirements and banking legislation • Knowledge of modern methods of sales management, negotiations and customer service • Knowledge of MS Office programs and banking software systems • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language • Knowledge of English and/or Russian language will be considered an advantage We offer: • Health insurance - fully funded from the first working day • Birthday Day Off - An additional paid day off on your birthday • Day Off - 3 additional paid days off per year for personal time • Special discounts in fitness halls, hotels and various catering establishments • Financial support during important life events - in case of getting married and having a child • Professional development opportunities • Financing of qualification trainings
