We are looking for a Business Analyst who will fit into our team and help take the platform to the next level. If you are passionate about artificial intelligence and the fast-paced energy of a startup, this is the role for you! We are looking for an employee who: * has 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, level of knowledge in business analysis is middle or higher; * understanding of CRM systems, ability to work with them and implement them; * has high communication skills; * actively worked with requirements for the product, collecting from customers and potential clients. The ability to identify the necessary features from the entire range of requests and set tasks for the team to implement them; * had experience writing documentation, including user stories and use cases, worked with UML, Bpmn diagrams; * has an understanding of the field of artificial intelligence; * in addition to active communication with the customer, participated in conducting demos and identifying needs. Умение выделять из всего спектр запросов нужные фичи и ставить задачи команде на их реализацию; * имел опыт написания документации, в том числе user stories и use cases, работал с UML, Bpmn диаграммами; * имеет понимание области искусственного интеллекта; * помимо активного общение с заказчиком, участвовал в проведении демо и выявлении потребностей.
