Products: — Crypto Processing (high-risk verticals, on/off-ramp, settlement) — Global Treasury (multi-currency treasury accounting, fiat/stablecoin settlements) — Technology Platform (own SaaS platform) What the role is about: This is the position of the first person in a group of companies with full responsibility for P&L, strategic development and operational results of all business areas. Your task will be to take on the day-to-day management of the group, build an effective system of work between areas, manage General Managers and the top team and translate the owner's strategic goals into specific measurable business results. Key focus of the role: growing the group's revenue and profitability, increasing operational efficiency and developing new business opportunities. Tasks: — Full P&L management of the group, strategy and operating system — Replace the founder in day-to-day management — Manage three General Managers, CFO, HRD, Legal, Compliance — Scale existing business and launch new directions — Develop B2B relationships with institutional clients — Participation in business trips, meetings, conferences Requirements: — Management experience at the CEO/MD level in international FinTech/payments/crypto/EMI — In FinTech / Payments / Crypto / EMI - strictly required — Experience managing multiple businesses/jurisdictions — Understanding of regulators (EMI, MiCA, Casp) — English is fluent — Willingness to travel Conditions: — B2B contract — 28 working days of vacation, sick leave (up to 30 days), holidays according to the UK calendar Contact:
